I did a presentation this week for an SEO group and spoke about my findings on the Helpful Content System on a specific type of URL. This week’s podcast topic on Confessions of an SEO™ is titled “No Such Thing As Helpful Content”.

In addition to getting more SEOs reading their server logs, I’m on a mission to de-mystify what the Helpful Content System measures. Data and now Google itself confirmed via the API Documentation leak that Helpful Content System measures what I saw it measuring in this indexation research.

Helpful content is not the CRO factor as some describe it. If you have 15 minutes, this is perfect for a commute and to shake up the thinking.
