State of the Indexation Right Now
The short version is the last 24 - 48 hours the path through the indexation system for new AND revised content is stalled.
I haven’t seen anything get through despite seeing proof of crawling plus render crawling records in server logs.

Crawling - Indexing - Serving
Test results
Crawling via GSC requests sends the InspectionTool crawlers but it is not the full set of specific crawls that ends up with content served and findable in the SERPs.
Indexing, stage where content is crawled and marked as “indexed” in GSC seems to have stalled the past 48 hours
The serving stage, when indexed content moves into the findable search index, because indexing is stalled there is nothing to move over.
Ending the Year on a Strong Note…Not
Through the updates, indexation occurred. Afterwards, bupkis.
