Groundhog Day - Indexing Issues Continue

12:30 CST Google says systems are becoming stable but issue persists

According to the search status - this is a “Ongoing disruption” to indexing.

I went back into server logs to specifically compare the times between Jan 31st from 1 am CST forward to see if I could see anything of note.
